- Can believe that!! I'm normaly just a news-reader (and not a writer) but I've
- trouble just to keep up with all the news AND get enough sleep.

-
- I think it's just another net-pesimist (looks like there are more pesimists on
- the net than in real life..)
-
- I've been hearing DOOM stories ever since I bought my old Rusty A500 back in
- 1987.. (back then it was because of the failure of the C16 and plus4) so I
- think I'm became used to it a long time ago.
-
- One thing I *DO* want to point out to you is the fact that some things in the
- current Amiga range is becoming quite old and rusty (and should be replaced
- ASAP); the AGA chipset in my A1200 can't keep up with the PC for much longer.
-
- Processor speed can be upgraded (like I already did serveral times) but A1200
- graphics can't..
-
- What happend with the triple-A set, as far as I know C= had a working
- prototype just before they went under. If AAA is out of the question at least
- try to develop something that makes chip-mem access (with high DMA load) a lot
- faster (a kind of writebuffer perhaps).
-
- You should also take a look at Petri Nordlund's EXECutive program it realy
- improves Amiga multitasking on high cpu-load situations. (yeah.. I know EXEC
- was/is your baby but I think it it's a great extention and it compatable too!)
- Please take a look at it (http://www.megabaud.fi/~petrin/Executive.html or on
- AmiNet [or just drop me the message and I'll post it to you])
-
- If there's ANYTHING I can do to help to get my E-Girlfriend back on track
- let me know.
-
- OK... STOP READING THIS MESSAGE NOW AND GO MAKE THAT KILLER AMIGA (so I can
- buy it)
-
- Best regards,
-
- Robin Jacobs
